Healing can be an uncomfortable process at times. We are grateful for moments of clarity along the way. We thank those who highlight joy in this journey. We aim to view the world with a sense of innocent wonder and awe. We recognize the healing power of laughter.

Balance and integrity are signs of health. When we are in a state of wholeness, we can better provide honest and caring service to others. We aim to communicate and interact from wholeness, with integrity and truth.

We trust in the ability of every body to heal. We trust that we are supported. We trust that we receive what we need when we need it. We trust the knowing of intuition and of our bodies. We trust in the flow of life.
Wisdom
We view wisdom as the combination of knowledge and experience. Our goal is to continue to learn, share, and try new experiences. Reflecting on these experiences and lessons helps us integrate wisdom.

We honor the rich healing power of an open heart. We recognize the vulnerability and strength required to live in this way. It is our birthright to embody love. When we live as love, everything we give is given in love, everything we say is spoken from love, and everything we do is done in love.
